How does your sizing work?
Our abaya sizing is based off of height as they are all wide/slightly oversized to preserve modesty.
If you are still unsure on your correct size, please contact us via Instagram or email as we are not accepting returns or exchanges so, please ensure you have ordered the right size.
Do you accept refunds/returns/exchanges?
If you would like to return your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Any return enquiries made after 7 days of receiving your item, will not be accepted.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on clearance items.
Please ensure you have selected the correct product, size, and colour before placing an order with us.
Does washing and drying the items require any special care or instructions?
Washing - a regular wash should be fine. To be safe, we advise against mixing colours
Drying – it is advised to let the item air dry.
Ironing – you can iron/steam your item. However, it is best to use a low setting.
How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
We aim to post your order within 2-3 days. If there are any delays, we will announce it on our Instagram @alsayla_
How long does delivery take?
UK – once we have posted your order, it can take up to 2-5 days to reach you.
EU/International – once we have posted your order, it can take up to 5-20 days to reach you.
How often do you restock?
We usually do a big restock each month.
